====== Issue with Ultimaker Original Heated Bed Upgrade ====== | ====== MAXTEMP BED on Ultimaker Original Heated Bed Upgrade ====== |

The first think I decided to print is one of those stackable box I had on the SD Card. I decided to print it directly from the UltiController. Heating the bed is slower than with my previous custom solution which had its own 300W power supply but is reasonably fast comparing to what MakerBot's users experiences. The print started perfectly but I quickly realised that the Z was too fast resulting in under extrusion and wrong measures on the Z dimension (The result was twice as high as expected). | The first think I decided to print is one of those stackable box I had on the SD Card. But he worst was coming : After a couple of trial and error, the UltiController started reporting MAX TEMP BED and rebooted every few seconds. I shutdown the printer and did a lot of tests, starting with the wiring between the PCB and the heated bed and finally discover the heated bed connector was not well connected to the board itself as measuring resistor around the thermocouple reported 110Ohm or so while measuring the same but around the connector reported infinite. | But he worst was coming : After a couple of trial and error, the UltiController started reporting MAXTEMP BED and rebooted every few seconds.
